Silent rivers

a few pictures of Dongju I took yesterday. I mostly used my film cameras, so more pictures coming next week probably, if I manage to develop and scan the films! Excited though, haven't used my zenit, nor pentacon for ages!

Dongju totally looks like a k-pop star in these pictures, haha. I think I could have taken some better ones of him, but it was so cold that my eyes were tearing all the time and I could barely see anything...let alone trying to get all the settings manually for my film cameras. Dongju was suffering as well, I guess even more than me, because I'm a strong Lithuanian who is used to the cold weather. Even so, here's the very first result, so let me know what you think! Ahh, I should revise my Korean for tomorrow's lesson with Dongju -.-

Lookbook photoshoot for Aneta. Part two.

the second part of the photoshoot I did for Aneta's lookbook in December. The first part can be seen here! I think I personally like the first part more since it's something I don't get to do that often, but these pictures came out very nice as well. Sorry, like always, for the desaturated colours. I hope oneday I will be able to fix this. Let me know what you think! ^^

Snow in London!

I don't remember when was the last time I was so happy about those few bits of snow...London was amazingly beautiful today!!! SNOW!

I moved into a new place today and as I was bringing my last heavy suitcase up the hill, I saw some little drops of snow falling from the sky...felt so happy that I almost started crying, haha. As soon as I unpacked a little bit, I went out to take pictures by the river Thames...it was soooo pretty. I love the sound of snow and the smell of snow. It was also very sticky, perfect for a snowball fight, but since I was alone, I attacked a few street lamps and that was it. Didn't even do any snow angels, because that would have looked too weird... (like if I care, haha)

Anyway, these few weird pictures were taken through my glasses when I realised that because of the water on them I couldn't really see anything anymore. Love the blurry effect! 

Let me know what you think about the pictures and I'll probably read something before going to bed. I'm sorry for my non-sense writings recently, but I've been having some really eventful and tiring days. Should take Sunday off maybe? ^^

The photoshoot was a lot of fun and there is also the second part of it that we did outside, but that will come later. I'm recently more and more into using my external flash, so maybe more pictures of this style coming...? If I don't die from the workload, haha.
