T.T

I was a bit late for today's Lithuanian lesson. I came to the class and later, in the middle of the lesson I was asked to present my homework in front of the class. Well, okay, nothing new. I was talking and answering the questions but the teacher wasn't satisfied. Well, kinda weird. She told me to take a book which was on the shelf, maybe the poem would help me. O-kay. I took the book. V.Mykolaitis-Putinas "Margi sakalai". "Oh, what a coincidence, that's one of my favourite poems" I said. But wait a minute, what does it have to do with V.Krėvė's "Skirgaila"? I was seriously trying to figure out some similarities, man's inner battle or whatever. There was also a sentence on the black board, something about that true love is not trying to have the person (and the other part that I don't remember). I tried to interpret that phrase, but teacher said that I haven't prepared at home. eh? She asked one of my classmates to help me. I was like "what a hell?". She stood up and said that it's the last Lithuanian lesson when we're all together and how they all will miss me and blah blah, started singing one of my fav songs "Geltonų plytų kelias" ("Yellow brick road", not Elton John's). That was it. I understood everything. When the teacher started saying how they all love me and gave me a little angel I was already crying, just like almost all other classmates. They gave flowers and wrote me notes. I've read them just now. Can't stop crying. Deeply touched. damn.

Zarasai-Molėtai

weekend's trip, but don't remember which weekend that was :) We visited Molėtai (observatory was awesome) and Zarasai, the place where my dad was born.
I'm feeling much better, all thanks to Simona's "get well soon" card and water with lemon.

I wonder if you guys like these kind of photo reports...do you? Um, I'll keep posting them anyway, but...:)

oh, and twitter thingy on your right.

fimo brooches

first fimo brooches.

I got totally lost between all the accessories I made in the past weeks - don't remember which ones are old, which ones are new and where I was planning to put them. oh.

I can't believe I haven't finished a single book in almost 1,5 month! Retarded Ieva, where does your time go?

Next week I'll be busy preparing the play for 12th formers. Me again. Why oh why.

Everything is nice and the weather is good (at least today). Yesterday I talked to Japanese photographer about photography in Japan and he said that it's almost impossible to earn for a living doing only photography there. Nah, everything is possible. And the fact that at first you have to be someone's assistant doesn't scare me. Everywhere is the same, you have to learn from somebody. <--don't make assumptions that I want to move to Japan and do photography. I don't know anything yet, it was just a random talk.

does anyone know a nice place to do a gothic photoshoot?

and does anybody by any chance want to assist me in a few photoshoots? I definitely need someone. Please...?

P.S.the things on your right sometimes change, check out the news.

weekend trip

Weekend in Liškiava and Merkinė. Awesome.

we were shooting - here's my bro looking at the target-paper. Guess who won? ME!!! I shot only 3 times, but still won, muhaha ^^

had a nice loooong walk with my bro. Look at the mosquito cloud around his head

Lithuania is beautiful.

P.S. Liškiava monastery is a must to visit. I have pictures of it but none of them actually show how amazing it is. The river, the hills and forests plus nice architecture and caring priest.go.
