new accessories and bye bye

I have finally packed. Almost~ So since I'm leaving I decided to introduce some new accessories via pictures of me. Well these were taken a few days ago but anyway. Hope you like them:) Oh, I've also listed some new items in my shop. And yesterday wonderful Sharona posted an interview with me. Thank you very much!

O-kay. So I probably won't be posting for some time and overall - I think I'll be posting less. I won't take all my supplies to Italy so no new accessories - nevertheless I still have some new unseen:) Just left them for later to entertain you guys.

How do I feel? It doesn't feel like it's the last day and yeah, I'm not sad (yet). It's too hard to imagine that I will be thrown into college life in another country from this silent room I sit in now. I'm tiny bit overweight but I hope they'll let me through. I'll meet my Latvian co-year Nora at the airport in Riga - we're sharing the same flight. Then Venice and finally - Duino. I'm gonna see Yasaman and that's just unbelievable.

I said basic goodbyes I was able to say, but sorry if I didn't contact somebody - it's a bit overwhelming. Anyway,write me please!!! E-mails, notes, letters, whatever! Gubovelė-Zarasai-Ignalina-Palūšė

my last summer trip in Lithuania. We visited the place where my granpa lived as a child. And that is called Gubovelė (nah, it's not on the map, don't bother).

Today

lol, clothing commercial:)

• my headphones died. For the third time.I have no idea why Koss gives 5 year guarantee if their products stop working in a month.
• like if it wasn't enough I broke brother's headphones aswell. Um, I like equality.
• my bike was acting mean and had to be repaired
• the electricity disappeared
• my computer doesn't want to cooperate with me at all (it didn't even show youtube movies, but my dad repaired this)
• last.fm doesn't scrobble my ipod anymore
• the internet stops working every 5 minutes
• everything that i wanted to take was falling down. Usually on my feet.

But despite all of this

• I got my first sale!!! 3 items (edit: 9 items!!!) will be shipped to Australia, hooray!!!!!!

Royal tree mirror

an old mirror which I painted. Oil paint. A bad choice, I know, but I don't like working with acrylic paint. Hopefully it will dry someday (for those who work with oil paint - you know, it takes ages). Picture below: mirror before and working process. And who could ever imagine that it's so hard to photograph mirrors..? And yes, I got my laptop back, hoooray!

Bubble the city #3

Panevėžys was bubbled for the third time! Even more people came, thanks a lot! The weather was fantastic (like always), everything was just lovely. Meh, that was the last "Bubble the city" event for me this year, unless I somehow manage to make it happen in Italy. I took lots of pictures of children, will post them separately. This event is heaven for photographers, seriously:)

After feeling weird for about an hour I suddenly realised what I miss. I miss my works. I remember when I talked to Sigutė Ach she said that she some of her old works inspire her, so she keeps them at home. I don't think I need that much of an inspiration, I'm okay with that. It's just...well maybe I miss those pieces of myself I put in each artwork done. Meh. But no, I don't regret giving away my works. They live their own life.

My weird fever is gone and I feel muuuuuch better. A huge pa(ni)cking cloud over my head, but oh well, I still have a few days without any worries. And oh yes, almost forgot - one group exhibition coming, yay, I've missed those! Though I won't see it, but anyway~

My brother passed driving exam, hooray for him! I met Marta on Wednesday, visited "Big in Japan" exhibition, still drinking (too much) water and been listening to Mot recently. Working on a new project:)

this what we saw when we came home a few weeks ago. Now it has two more blossoms but i'm too lazy to take pictures again. Beautiful.

i should spend one day cleaning up all my pictures. Tons, tons of them from the seaside and tons of crappy pictures from other events that aren't worth keeping. But instead of this i keep taking more and editing new ones.

my mother's friend is an artist and makes these. The patterns are traditional and each region has its different style. They're so cool and i especially liked the ones from Klaipeda, coz they have dark background. I'm gonna take these to Italy as souvenirs.

huh, rejected going to like 4 camps and many many cool places this summer. And it's all because I feel like i won't make all the things i want until i leave. Hush.

Yesterday I had a nice looong bike ride and my brother came back home with his face all in blood. Apparently he fell down while doing one of his bmx tricks. Phew, nothing THAT bad. But it seems he will have a scar exactly at the same place like I do - on the chin:) haha, though poor him -.- tomorow's my mum's b-day! And yet only a month left till my new life in Italy *confused*
